Face-To-Face Consulation
The first session combines both consultation and osteopathic treatment, lasting at least 60 minutes, with a starting price of £90. Please allow extra time for more complex cases. When booking, kindly specify the reason for your appointment.
During the session, your medical history will be reviewed, so please bring any relevant reports and test results. A physical examination will be conducted, so wearing suitable underwear or shorts is recommended. Based on the findings, a diagnosis and treatment plan will be provided, which may include a variety of techniques tailored to your needs.
Treatment options may include soft-tissue techniques, mobilisation or high-velocity low-amplitude thrust (joint work), manual lymphatic drainage, visceral or craniosacral treatment, medical acupuncture, electrotherapy, kinesiology tape, aromatherapy, and hot/cold therapy.
Please note that osteopathic treatment may not be suitable for every condition. If necessary, further investigations may be recommended, and a referral letter will be sent to your GP or a specialist. Hospital-based evaluations may also be suggested to rule out underlying conditions. Personalised home advice will be given to help manage your condition.

Our video consultations offer a convenient way to receive osteopathic care remotely. Sessions can be scheduled outside regular hours upon request, with pricing starting at £6.25 for 15 minutes. Video consultations are ideal for addressing new complaints, receiving treatment recommendations, asking questions, or seeking coaching for lifestyle, diet, and exercise goals.
You can attend from the comfort of your home, where you will receive the same high-quality care as an in-person visit. Your practitioner will assess your condition, provide treatment recommendations, and offer follow-up advice—all through secure, live video.
The booking process is straightforward: once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with a direct link to your video call. All video calls are encrypted for privacy and comply with data protection standards, ensuring your records remain secure.

Follow-up Session
Follow-up sessions provide ongoing osteopathic care to assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. These sessions are designed to ensure that you continue to improve and receive the most effective care based on your current condition. Prices start at £50 for a 30-minute session or £90 for an hour.
Before your follow-up session, please bring any new reports, imaging, or test results, and ensure you have suitable attire (underwear or shorts) for the examination. If you have any new concerns or questions, it is recommended to book a short video consultation before your in-person visit.
During the session, your practitioner will carry out a physical examination, provide an updated diagnosis, and adjust the treatment plan as required. Treatment may include techniques such as soft-tissue work, joint mobilisation, manual lymphatic drainage, and more. Personalised home advice will also be provided to continue supporting your recovery.
In some cases, further investigations or referrals may be necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
